Our SV Cig-a-like system will come with a 1-year warranty. Things happen sometimes, we understand. Everyone here has jumped in a pool with their SV in their pocket, or accidently washed their battery. Oops. But with SV cig-a-likes you have nothing to worry about, whether it is your fault or ours. If anything is not working we have you covered for a full year from the date of purchase…. As long as you haven’t lost it. On advanced devices, that are not cig-a-like, we offer a 90-day manufactures defect warranty. Some examples of these devices are listed below: - Phantom-X Kit - All Amigo Products - Variable Wattage / Voltage Devices - Tanks with removable coils - Mods with removable batteries Some examples of a manufacture defect are: -Battery not charging -Battery not holding charge - USB Port does not work ***Please note User Error is not covered under a manufacture defect warranty*** All of our agents are highly trained in the Vaping Industry, and SV has been apart of the industry since 2007. If you are a customer of Smoking Vapor Stores, they will honor the warranty and will get you back the SV life you are looking for. If you are not located near a retail outlet please give us a call, or fill out the form below. ****For any Amigo product, make sure you visit www.amigovape.com to register your warranty*** • Once you have filled out the form, someone will reach out to you with further instructions and once we diagnose the issue with you, we will get a replacement to you ASAP. In some instances, we will ask for you to return the merchandise. We will include an addressed envelope with your replacement for you to send back the faulty/ broken product • When emailing a return label you will have 24 hrs to print / save the label or it will expire. Make sure to check your SPAM Folder. If it does expire the shipping of the product back will be the customers responsibility • If we do not received the damaged product back within 14 days of your replacement product being sent out, you will be charged for the replacement

  • Once you have filled out the form, someone will reach out to you with further instructions and once we diagnose the issue with you, we will get a replacement to you ASAP. In some instances, we will ask for you to return the merchandise. We will include an addressed envelope with your replacement for you to send back the faulty/broken product.

 

 

  • Please note that if we do not receive the damaged product back within 14 days of your receipt of the replacement product, you will be charged for the replacement.
